YouTube Full Title For Videos

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the YouTube Full Title For Videos browser extension and this website.

The extension

YouTube Full Title For Videos does not collect, store or send any personal data. It has no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.

The extension runs only on youtube.com. Its single job is to add a style rule so that video titles are shown in full. It does not read your watch history, your account, or the content of the pages you visit, and it sends nothing to us or to anyone else.

The extension opens two pages on its own:

This website

This website has no analytics and sets no cookies of its own. If you choose a language from the menu, that choice is saved in your own browser so the page opens in the same language next time. It is not sent to us.

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may record technical information such as your IP address when you open a page. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

The embedded video

The home page and the welcome page show a video hosted on YouTube. Loading the video connects your browser to YouTube, which is operated by Google and may set cookies and collect data under the Google Privacy Policy.

The feedback form

The feedback form shown after uninstalling is a Google Form. Filling it in is optional. If you do, we receive your answers and, only if you choose to type it, your email address. We use them solely to fix problems with the extension and, if you asked for it, to tell you when a problem is fixed. We do not sell or share them. Google processes the form under its own privacy policy.

To have your feedback deleted, contact us through the support page.

Changes to this policy

If the extension or this website starts handling data differently, this page will be updated before the change takes effect, and the date at the top will change.
